Fun Examples of Web Publishing | ||
Web publishing can be a fun way for you to keep in touch with your friends and business associates.
It's easy to:
- Publish holiday "form letters" without expensive mass mailings.
- Brag about vacations.
- Document construction progress.
- Give progress reports or information on just about anything.
Better still, all of these can now include multi-media. Although creating and publishing movies is still pretty involved, much of the complexity can be factored out with some good advice.
Web Sites Lost in Time (that shouldn't have gone away ...) | ||
Thomas Hartmann pioneered several rock routes in the southern Yosemite area while he was doing his postdoc at Stanford.
We've since lost touch, and the climbing guide he worked up about his experiences there has since "expired" from the web.
Here is the site reproduced as closely as we could manage.
